Ms. Rivas holds a clinical license for bicultural and bilingual social worker. She has more than 13 years' experience working with non-profit organizations. She is familiar with a range of people, such as LGBTQ+, individuals with substance use issues, victims of domestic violence, sexual abuse in intimate relationships, etc. Since the beginning of 2019 the Mrs. Rivas is serving Erie's clients. Currently offering access to Behavioral Health Services via telehealth. Ms. Rivas has worked with pregnant and postpartum moms for more than 10 years. She is a specialist in treating trauma-informed patients and provides EMDR for adults. She provides individual and group therapy as well as a medication assisted treatment program. The referral for specialized care can also be made. Amanda is also a member of the Best Friends Animal Society. She helps homeless pets find new home. Amanda believes wholeheartedly in Best Friends slogan Save Them every single day and is dedicated to helping to make Los Angeles a city with no killing.
